We want you to be happy with your purchases. If we have made an error, we sincerely apologize, and will be
happy to replace the item with shipping included as quickly as possible. However, Custom, personalized and
monogrammed items are not returnable.
Please be sure to double check spelling and review color choices and other options BEFORE placing your
order. Once your order is placed, changes may be made, but cannot be guaranteed. Please do not hesitate to

order.
Non-personalized items are refundable only if returned within 14 business days from date of invoice, unused,
and in original packaging. Please include your original sales receipt so that we may credit your account.
Shipping and Handling charges are NOT refundable. Re-shipping charges will be applied in the case of
exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
Please obtain an RMA number from us BEFORE you return the item(s). Returns will not be allowed without an
RMA number.

The Silken Thread reserves the right to refuse to embroider and/or monogram any material supplied by the
client. Please contact us at (202) 549-1910 before sending us any materials to be embroidered. Thank you for
your understanding of this policy.
Sales Tax:
Virginia residents are subject to 5% sales tax.
Damages:
The Silken Thread and its manufacturers are not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, mistreatment,
damages due to washing and shredded or worn fabrics in areas of usage. If you received a damaged or
incorrect item or have any questions, please call The Silken Thread at (202) 549-1910.
Product Colors:
Although we make every effort to provide true and accurate colors for products listed on our web site, we cannot
guarantee the color(s) viewed will be an exact match to the actual material colors delivered.
Business Hours:
Normal business hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. The Silken Thread's offices will be
closed during weekends and all major holidays.
